I reserved a car Saturday, that had to be drove down from the garage in Malvern. Overall looked like a lovely little car at a decent price for a Citroen C1, with low miles. We were due to see the car Sunday, however I was ill so decided to view it the next day. When I saw "my car" i was very disappointed to say the least. The car hadn't even been cleaned or wiped over at all, mould was growing in the crevices by the front window. There was a big white glue mark on the drivers seat, which wasn't disclosed with me or my family. We also found out it had only one key, which again was never disclosed with us. We were annoyed as they had an extra day to clean this, to make it look even remotely sellable. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and took the car out for a test drive. Straight away, I could tell the gear box was going. My family tried the gear box too, and knew something was wrong. We were very disappointed, as I expected good things coming from a professional Citroen dealership.

Recently bought my second car from here and to say one star is too generous is an understatement, both cars I've had from them have had issues with the hand brake along with other issues which admittedly could crop up at any time without notice, they had no interest in hearing my complaints"we'll pass it onto the service department" was the excuse used repeatedly, after my first car from them I was informed they were under new management and therefore the service was going to be better, it was no different from last time, would advise to stay away as can't be trusted "it's up to different people's interpretation" was there response to why the handbrake hadn't been checked, other family members have had issues as well, use at your own risk

Just picked up our new car, absolutely brilliant, staff really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Good range of cars and all covid guidelines adhered to. Couldn't fault them

Bad after sale service... We got a problem with car in the day when we picked up, ring them, explaining the situation, asked for collection as car was unsafe to be driving back, the play an annoying game with us being rude on the phone... After few days on this game we ended fixing the car on our cost... Was not a big sume, only £216 but even this... When you pay £8995 for a car you have some expectation... Even 2 star is too much for this guys...
